On
the Capacity Analysis of Cellular CDMA Systems

This
paper presents the capacity analysis of Code Division Multiple
Access (CDMA) systems. The study incorporates soft handoff,
with power control and without power control, voice activity
factor, interference factor, and macro-diversity factor. The
result includes the system capacity in users per cell overhead
due to soft handoff and power control effects.

cost is much lower than its maintenance cost, which is a major

the Factors That Influence User Resistance to the Implementation

customer focused. More than ever before, we see even small
companies employing ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems
for the smooth functioning of the organization. However, these
firms still face resistance from the users to these systems.

that influence the users' resistance to change from a technology
adoption perspective.
