you aware, the Corporate is looking for fresh corpus
of knowledge to safely navigate itself through the
maze of evolving changes, demands, technologies and
transformations in the field of HR and specifically
in the development of the employees. To fill this
gap we wish to launch the Icfai University Journal
of Training and Development as a platform for the
academia, industry leaders, and others concerned with
the growth of the T & D discipline to articulate
their research findings, their vision about this evolving
discipline, their expositions and propositions meant
for bettering the management of new lines of research
and through it disseminate the cutting-edge knowledge
